Loved your piece on Borage. Its a regular in my garden as it self seeds well. Love to pick the blooms and lay in a box with some 20 Mule Team Borax and then gently pour more of the borax on top and set aside for a week. This retains the colour but removes the moisture so I can press the flowers for making flower stationary. And I candy the blossoms to use as decorations on cakes and cookies or even on top of fresh homemade french vanilla bean ice cream.
